About Us
My name is Jay. I created this product because no matter how often I cooked fish, I still didn't have the confidence to guess the cook time, always googling it and then second-guessing myself. Living on the coast of Florida, eating fish is something I enjoy weekly (so you would think I would have it down by now!) but the variations and sizes of the fish always make a difference.
I have been using this tool for years now and decided it was time to share the love. I find that it works with almost every fish type and the most common cooking methods, solving the age-old problem of inconsistent cook times. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
