My name is Jay. I created this product because no matter how often I cooked fish, I still didn't have the confidence to guess on the cook time. I always googled it and then found myself second-guessing. Living on the coast of Florida, eating fish is something I enjoy doing weekly… you would think I would have it down by now, but the variations of fish and the sizes always makes a different.

So I set out to solve the problem of inconsistent cook times. I have been using this tool for years now and decided it was time to share the love. I find that it works with almost every fish type and the most common cooking methods. This covers all the bases for me.

Why guess when you can just measure?

Awesome cooking tool

I’ve really enjoyed using this cooking tool for fish. It takes all the guess work out of cooking perfect fish. As you know, a minute or two over or under makes a huge difference. This works perfect every time! I love how simple it is, take it out, insert it into the piece of fish, slide the scale, read the gauge, wipe it down and back in the drawer. Voila!
